Students must earn a grade of "C" or better in all courses within the program.
The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Licensed Real Estate Appraiser program will prepare students for a career as a Real Estate Residential Appraiser. Licensed Real Estate Appraisal students will be prepared for the National Uniform State Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser Examination or its equivalent. Upon completion students will have completed the necessary education requirements designated by the National Appraisal Qualification board.
