Red Mountain

Red Mountain Fitness Center

Situated near the residential areas, the Red Mountain Fitness Center offers a serene escape where you can focus on your fitness goals amidst the tranquility of campus life. Featuring a diverse range of equipment and wellness programs, including yoga and mindfulness sessions, it's the ideal spot to unwind and recharge after a long day of lectures and assignments.

Fitness Center Features

  • Cardio equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters, rowers, and bikes
  • Strength training equipment including free weights, strength machines, squat racks, cable crossovers, and smith machines
  • Fitness accessories including slam balls, medicine balls, battle ropes, plyo boxes, agility ladders, BOSU balls, bands, foam rollers, and kettlebells
