Hello, my name is Victor Roa, but you can just call me Victor. I was born and raised in the hot state of Mesa, Arizona. I'm currently studying Business at Mesa Community College. As a Financial Literacy Peer Mentor, I'm excited to gain hands-on experience in the finance industry while sharing my knowledge with others. Also, knowing that this role aligns perfectly with my degree, I'm thrilled to give back to my community through my work. I'm passionate about finance and eager to make a positive impact on those I mentor. If you are interested or need help, don't hesitate to book a meeting with me.

I am passionate about Financial Literacy. My personal finance journey started about 15 years ago when I found myself in debt and always wondering why I never seemed to have enough money. I read, listened to, and watched everything I could find to learn how to take control of my personal finances. Since making small consistent changes to how I manage my money, my life has significantly changed for the better. Now I'm excited to encourage and support the MCC students on their personal finance journeys.
