Please submit your facility request at least two weeks prior to event. Read the complete instructions on submitting your request here.
Many events are planned several semesters in advance so the earlier the request is submitted, the better. Please check with District legal for additional information including the restriction of any alcohol sale/consumption, or the use of tobacco in any indoor or outdoor facility.
