Business Operations Intern

Job Summary:
NewGen Worldwide is a business advisory and investment management firm that helps clients and investors achieve their goals through real estate, capital investment, advisor services, and technology-driven solutions. Our internship program gives you hands-on experience across business operations, investor administration, advisory projects, and process improvement in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. 

Essential Functions:

  • Support investor file management, documentation, and quality-control reviews
  • Assist with Airtable/database updates and workflow tracking
  • Help develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs
  • Support CRM and marketing database cleanup projects
  • Conduct business research and AI-assisted sales support activities
  • Organize, scan, and maintain physical and digital records
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
