Working Wednesdays
Each Wednesday during the Spring 2024 semester the Career Services Department will be hosting Working Wednesdays in either the Navajo Room or Student Lounge from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Each week, we will welcome employers on campus to table and speak with interested students about the job opportunities available within their organization. This year, we are hosting General Working Wednesday events (30 Employers) and Field of Interest (15 Employers) Working Wednesday events.

Resume Writing
Create an effective resume or improve the one you already have. Learn the different parts of a resume and its purpose, discover how to market your unique skills and abilities, and how to customize your resume to positions you are applying for to get you interviews.
Cover Letter Writing
Cover letters complement other application materials that allow you to provide a better picture of your professional self. Learn how to create and tailor your cover letter to demonstrate credibility, draw attention to specific qualifications, show how you meet specific needs of employers, and how your goals align with the organization.
Interviewing
This workshop will go over the current job market along with tips and tricks on how to be a successful interviewee. There will be an opportunity to review and practice general interview questions
and learn strategies to provide answers
that match the job description, the company,
and employer expectations.
Branding Yourself
This workshop will go over self-branding and emphasize the importance of presenting a positive and professional image or impression of yourself
