The Contact Center Outreach position assists current and prospective Mesa Community College students reach their educational goals by breaking down barriers and providing proactive admissions and enrollment support. This position will be responsible for providing outreach via phone call, text message, and email regarding the degrees, programs, and services offered by Mesa Community College. The position will be able to provide Tier 1 services for the admissions, financial aid, and registration processes.
