Design and Technology
Our department invites students to put classroom instruction to practical use by getting involved with the Mainstage Season. Students can apply for positions in areas such as Lighting Design, Scenic Design, Hair and Makeup, Dramaturgy, and more. Students are encouraged to explore more than one area to obtain a well-rounded education.

Stage Management
Gain practical skills in management, communication, and collaboration by coming a Stage Manager. Our students are fully immersed and stepped through the process by starting as an Assistant Stage Manager. As skillsets grow and aptitude increases, students can call one of the Mainstage selections.

Running Crew
If you’re interested in a fast-paced education running a show, participate in one of our Mainstage selections. There are positions available in Wardrobe, Run Crew, or as a Board Op. “No experience required.”

Production Shops
Students gain experience in Costumes, Electrics, and the Scene Shop. Each area has many opportunities to work alongside a teaching professional and acquire skills from day one. Our department’s shops are “no experience required.”
