Thank you for filling out our college transcript request form. Transcript requests will be processed in order of receipt. Please remember that transcripts must be sent directly from the institution to:

In order for the transcript to be evaluated and posted to a student account, the student must be currently enrolled. 

Transcripts will be held by MCC for one year from the date received and then will be destroyed if a transcript evaluation request has not been received.
