Take credit for your hard work! To transfer your credits to another college or university you must request your transcripts be sent to that institution. Other institutions usually require an official transcript in order to award credit for prior learning, but it is also a good idea to have an unofficial copy for your own records.
All official transcript requests cost $5.00. Transcripts will not be sent until the fee is paid. There is no fee for an unofficial transcript or transcripts sent to another Maricopa County Community College.
Official transcripts will not be issued to students having outstanding debts to any of the Maricopa Community Colleges. The release of transcripts is governed by the guidance of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974.
Bring the form to the Cashier's Office.
Unofficial transcripts are free of charge, but official transcripts are $5. Transcripts will not be processed until you have paid the amount due or if you have outstanding debt with the college.
