Below are the required documents for admission. All original documents must be submitted along with their English version. Only translated documents completed by verifiable and certified translation agencies are accepted.

Spring 2027 applications available from July 30 through November 1.

We recommend applying at least 3 to 6 months in advance of the semester you plan to enroll to allow sufficient time for processing and preparation of your visa interview. 

Gather Your Documents

Passport

  • A photocopy of the identification page of your passport showing your legal name, passport number, and birth date - view an example.
  • A photocopy of your dependents' passports, if applicable. 
  • Your passport must still be valid for at least 6 months.
  • Transfer students must submit a copy of their F-1 visa and signed I-20 (all 3 pages).

Official Transcripts and Diplomas

  • A photocopy of your official high school transcript AND certificate of graduation showing your completion with a graduation date.
  • Submit only your original documents along with certified English translations if your originals are not in English.
  • Transfer students must submit transcripts from all U.S. colleges and universities attended.

Proof of English Proficiency

We accept these English proficiency tests:

  • TOEFL (iBT): A score of 70 or higher
  • IELTS: An overall Band Score of 6 or higher
  • Duolingo: A score of 100 or higher
  • LanguageCert Academic: A score of 75 or higher

Evidence of Financial Support

  • Complete the Statement of Financial Support Form 
  • Minimum financial guarantee amount is $30,219. This amount is reduced to $13,019 if you have a room and board sponsor who covers your cost of living.
  • Provide an original official bank letter showing you or your sponsor has sufficient funds on deposit to cover tuition and living expenses.
  • Provide a bank statement of account transactions showing the available balance in support of your bank letter.
  • Room and board sponsor must complete a separate Statement of Financial Support Form.
  • Room and board sponsor must provide proof of their US residency. Acceptable documents are a permanent residency card or a U.S. passport.

Notes: While all efforts are made to present accurate information, changes in tuition and fees are subject to change without notice. The American Embassy or Consulate may require a set of original financial documents for the visa process.
