Small Group Training

Small Group Training classes provide instructor-led workouts in a structured group setting. Classes are led by Exercise Science interns and emphasize proper exercise technique, safe movement patterns, and effective programming. Class sizes are intentionally limited to allow for individualized instruction and participant engagement.

Small Group Fitness Classes are offered at both the Southern & Dobson Campus and the Red Mountain Campus.
