Personal Training for Members

Personal training is available at no additional cost to current Fitness Center members.

Sessions are conducted by Exercise Science interns who apply academic training and evidence-based practices to support safe, effective, and goal-oriented exercise programming.

Personal Training Services Include:

  • Individualized exercise programming
  • Instruction on proper exercise technique and equipment use
  • Goal setting and progress tracking
  • Support for beginner through advanced fitness levels

Private Personal Training

Private Personal Training is available for individuals seeking one-on-one training with a certified NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) Personal Trainer.

Pricing:

  • $45 – One 60-minute session
  • $70 – Two sessions (two 60-minute workouts)

What to Expect:

  • The first session includes a comprehensive client intake and fitness assessment
  • Following the assessment, your trainer will schedule your first workout session
  • Customized programming based on individual goals, fitness level, and needs
