Faculty Make up Exams
Faculty can make arrangements for their students by emailing [email protected] with the following information:
- Student name
- Course name, exam type (i.e. quiz, Exam 1, Final), detailed instructions, and time allowed
- Notify if Respondus Lockdown is required
- Include PASSWORD if needed
- Instructors phone number (for immediate contact)

Testing Services business hours are as follows for in person assistance:
Southern/Dobson Campus
Monday - Thursday: 8 AM to 5 PM (open 5-6 PM virtual; Exams not offered hour before close)
Friday: 10 AM to 4:30 PM (Exams not offered hour before close)
Red Mountain Campus
Monday - Thursday: 8 AM to 5 PM (Exams not offered hour before close)
Friday: 10 AM to 4:30 PM (Exams not offered hour before close)
We ask that you please provide exam information 48 hours in advance, this way it will give students time to book an appointment. Testing Services cannot accommodate entire classroom exam requests.
While we can accept tests e-mailed to us, we are unable to scan back or mail tests due to the volume of tests we handle on a daily basis. It is expected that faculty pick up their exams. If somebody else from your office is picking up the exam, please let us know who and have them bring their ID. No students should be handling the tests.
