Earth Week: Trash-ure Hunt Dumpster Dive |
Thursday, April 24 | 9:30 am to 12:30 pm |
Join us for a Trash-ure Hunt in the lawns at the center of campus. This is a campus-wide event where volunteers will team up to sort MCCs trash. Designed as both a fun challenge and an environmental initiative, this event encourages students and staff to rethink waste. As MCC currently lacks a formal recycling program, the Trash-Ure Hunt aims to raise awareness about the importance of recycling and spark conversations about sustainable practices on campus. NOTE: We will have a bin for electronics recycling avalable at this event! If you have old electronic items sitting around that you haven't known what to do with, please bring them to the event and recycle them. |
