| Democracy Fellows | ------ | Fair Election Center works with universities, community colleges, faculty, students, and election officials to reduce barriers to student voting. Their goal is to help campuses institutionalize reforms that empower students with the information they need to register and vote. Stipend upon program completion. |
| Civic Influencers | ----- | Civic Influencers is a nonpartisan, nonprofit that activates young people’s civic power through organizing, learning, and advocacy. We use real-time data to draw attention to democracy power outages on campuses and in communities, and train young people to fight for youth voting rights and the policies they care about. We design youth-centered, data-driven civic action projects that remove barriers to voting and push decision makers to give young people a seat at the table. |
| Student Public Policy Forum (SPPF) | ---- | Applications are now being accepted for the Student Public Policy Forum. This year-long academic program provides an overview of local, state, national public policy making, and citizen influence and involvement. A focus is placed on experiential learning and leadership development through actual engagement in the current public policy process. Students meet with civic leaders, elected officials, and federal staff in Washington, D.C. |
| Democracy House | April 19 | The Young Leaders Summer Institute (YLSI) is a civic education program designed to prepare rising generations to defend, strengthen and improve democracy.
