The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Applied Behavioral Health (BHT Program) is a two-semester program designed to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience needed to enter the workforce as an assistant to medical and mental health providers. The program emphasizes a strong foundation in bedside patient care to prepare individuals to assist and support clients experiencing mental health challenges.

If you're compassionate, calm under pressure, and want to make a real difference in the lives of others, consider launching your career in Applied Behavioral Health.

This CCL also prepares students to sit for the Nurse Assistant State Board certification (CNA), allowing students to earn two in-demand credentials within one program. Whether you are interested in becoming a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) or pursuing certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), this program serves as an ideal first step. Students interested in the RBT pathway must meet additional employer-based requirements before being eligible to take the certification exam.
