2. Thunderbird Tech Studio in the Learning Enhancement Center
The LEC offers Thunderbird Tech Studio services on a drop-in basis to ALL MCC students regardless of course they are enrolled in.

- Cranium Café support & Web Conferencing Applications
- Webcam and Microphone set up & testing

- Technical issues hindering online learning

3. New Media Lab
The New Media Lab can provide in-person lab assistance for the following:

4. Computer Information Systems Department Lab
The CIS multiuse lab can handle most general in-person technology needs. All of the lab assistants and techs are trained in these areas.
