Researchers are required to complete the Human Subjects Research training prior to submitting their research for review. Training is available now. (The Organization Affiliation is Maricopa County Community College District and the training course is the one for Social-Behavioral-Educational Researchers.) The training requires registration but is provided at no cost.
Complete the appropriate training module as described below.
Investigators must follow these steps:
- Complete the training course.
- Save the certificate of completion that is provided when the training has been finished.
- Submit the certificate of completion with your application to conduct research.
- (Documentation of equivalent alternative training may be accepted. Check with IRB Coordinator.)
Members of IRB and CRRC:
All members of the MCCCD IRB and the College Research Review Committee are required to complete the online Human Subjects Research training.
