Find My Textbook
Looking for your textbook or course materials?
- Check Find My Textbook Course Reserves for a copy available for short-term checkout.
- Buy or rent from the MCC Bookstore or other textbook sellers.
- Contact us to see if your textbook is in the MCC Libraries or another MCCCD Library.
- Faculty can place textbooks on Reserve using the Course Reserves form. Contact the Library for help.
Copyright Reminder
Materials shared by instructors or accessed through the MCC Libraries are protected by copyright. You may only download, copy, or share them as needed for your coursework. Any other use may violate copyright law. (See MCCCD Administrative Regulation 2.4.5: Copyright Compliance Act.)
Computers and Printing
Computers
Students currently enrolled at MCC or any of the MCCCD Colleges may login to desktop computers in the Library with their MEID and password. Please note, Respondus Lockdown browser is installed on Library desktop computers.
Printing
Multi-function printers are on the 1st & 2nd floor of the Southern and Dobson Library and in the Red Mountain Library.
Send print requests from anywhere. Use a browser-enabled desktop, laptop, smartphone, or tablet, to send your files(s) at PrintMe.com and receive a document ID. Enter the document ID at the library PrintMe printer stations to print your document. You can also print directly from a USB drive at the PrintMe printer station.
Printing in the MCC Libraries is pay as you go, using credit or debit cards only. At this time, PrintMe accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as well as mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).

Devices
The MCC Libraries offer device checkouts to enrolled MCC students on a first-come, first-served basis. Bring your Student ID or MEID with a valid photo ID to check one out in person. Devices must be returned to the same service desk where they were borrowed.
Wifi Hotspots
- Loan Periods: 4 weeks and semester-long
- Renewals allowed: Yes, one
- Fine rates: $80 replacement cost
- Short term loans: There are a limited number of hotspots available for 4-hour checkout without renewal. Hotspots due after closing can be returned the following day without penalty.

Graphing Calculators
- Loan Periods: Semester-long
- Available models: TI-83 graphing calculators, TI-84 graphing calculators, TI scientific calculators
- Renewals allowed: Yes, one
- Fine rates: Cost of the device depends on the model
- Short term loans: There are a limited number of calculators available for 7-day and 4-hour checkout without renewal. Calculators due after closing can be returned the following day without penalty.

MacBooks
- Loan Periods: Semester-long
- Renewals allowed: No
- Fine rates: Cost of the device per College Technology Services policy

Guidelines & Reminders
- The device is your responsibility while it is checked out to you. Never leave it unattended.
- Hotspot networks are freely and easily accessible and are unsecure. Neither the Service Provider nor Mesa Community College cannot be held responsible for any files, data, confidential or personal information that is accessed, transmitted, lost or damaged as a result of using the hotspot.
Scantrons
The Library retains a limited number of scantrons at its service desks for students free of charge in an emergency -- for example, for evening courses when the MCC Bookstore and Student Life & Leadership are closed, and other last minute challenges. If required for exams and quizzes, students should obtain scantrons well in advance in the MCC Bookstore, Amazon, or as recommended by their instructors. Student Life & Leadership also provides scantrons to students.
