You may have a meeting at another campus, need to pick up supplies for an event or take students on an overnight club trip. Travel for Maricopa employees is governed by Administrative Regulation 1.15. Maricopa employees are required to be in approved travel status before traveling. Per the Travel Administrative Regulation 1.15, the most economical means must be applied to travel and reimbursement. The information below will provide a roadmap to the travel authorization process.
