The Human Performance Lab offers body composition assessment for professional athletes, health enthusiasts and others wishing to obtain information about their lean to fat mass ratio. This test is performed by an experienced technician using the Bod Pod, a technique considered to be the gold standard in accurate body composition assessment. This technique is based on air-displacement plethysmography technology that quantifies both lean (muscle, bone, skin, organs and water) mass compared to adipose (fat) tissue.
