The Human Performance Lab offers individual fitness tests for professional athletes, health enthusiasts and others wishing to obtain information about their body’s performance and potential.

Testing available to Students and Community Members include:

Metabolic Measurement: $75
Used for cardiopulmonary stress testing, this technology provides valuable training information such as maximal heart rate so you can train optimally and track your fitness progress.

The bod pod measures fat to muscle ratio

Bod Pod: one test $30 or $50 for two

Considered the gold standard in accurate body composition assessment based on air-displacement plethysmography technology that quantifies both lean (muscle, bone, skin, organs and water) mass compared to and adipose (fat) tissue.

Metabolic test shows caloric burn with excerciseWingate Anaerobic Test: $50
Assesses both maximal anaerobic power and maximal anaerobic capacity. This is a 30-second all-out anaerobic sprint test.

The jump test measures explosive muscle reactionGeneral Fitness Assessment: $40
Includes tests to gauge muscular strength and endurance; flexibility; core stability; balance; and vertical jump height.
