Facility Rental Application

Please complete the following form to submit your application for a facility rental at Mesa Community College.

  • The submission of this application does not guarantee a facility reservation.
  • Reservations are based on type of event and availability of facilities.
  • MCCCD classes, programs, and activities for students have priority over all other activities.
  • MCCCD activities have priority over non-MCCCD activities.
  • A minimum of six weeks advance notice for all rental requests is necessary.
  • MCC is unable to rent spaces for personal events, including weddings, celebrations, and parties, that are not related to our educational mission.
  • The MCC Theatre and Performing Arts Center are not currently available to rent.
