Commercial vendors must book their visits to Mesa Community College campuses with Student Life and Leadership. Visits are booked on the basis of availability as determined by MCC Facilities and the Offices of Student Life & Leadership.
Solicitors
Days & Times: Solicitors are welcome on campus Mondays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 2 PM so long as time on campus does not exceed fifty (50) hours per term. *Note, no vendors will be permitted in August or January, as it is the start of a new semester.
There is a charge of $50.00 per table/per day for Off Campus Solicitors/Vendors. Funds from Vendor visits are used to support Student Involvement Scholarships at Mesa Community College.
All requests for space shall be granted on a first-come, first-served basis only upon completion of the requirements. Standard spaces of one table and two chairs are usually available in the central area designated on campus. Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with set-up starting at 8:45 a.m., Monday through Thursday, unless specified by Student Life and Leadership.

Petitioners

Days, Time, Location: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 am-6:00 pm on both the Southern/Dobson and the Red Mountain campuses (no more than 2 days per month, per organization at each campus). Representative must stay in designated location on campus, and will be provided a table and two chairs.
Procedure: Prior notice must be provided by completing a request form for the campus you wish to visit. Click the name of the campus you wish to attend: Southern/Dobson (1833 W. Southern Ave) or Red Mountain (7110 E. McKellips Rd), and complete the form no fewer than three (3) business days before soliciting signatures. On the day of visit, check in with the Office of Student Life & Leadership and receive a visitor badge.
Campus restrictions regarding location, time, date, and use of amplification may apply.
Vendor Fair
Vendors may choose to participate in semesterly Vendor Fairs, which bring together local businesses and community partners to provide information and other materials to students. These events are a good way to make your time on campus even more effective has they tend to draw larger crowds of students than individual tabling. The cost to participate is $50 per table. Funds from Vendor visits are used to support the Mesa Market student food pantry. Our students thank you for your support!
