The election for two new at-large seats on the Maricopa County Community College District board is uncertain after the Arizona Court of Appeals ruled that the law adding the seats is unconstitutional.

The ruling, handed down Wednesday [July 23, 2014], will probably mean that the candidates for the at-large seats on the district's governing board will not appear on the November ballot.
