HXGNNews interviewed Nikolas Smilovsky, who is the mapping department manager at BPG Designs in Arizona. He oversees internships for undergraduate students in the Mesa Community College Geospatial Technology program. He says, "Mesa Community College does a great job because of the community college system, bringing in students say right out of high school that might not have had aspirations to be a doctor or a lawyer or something like that."
