The Maricopa Community Colleges Foundation (MCCF), the fundraising arm of the Maricopa Community Colleges, awards the Heroes of Education award each year to a champion of higher education in Arizona. Dr. Ruth Tan Lim (Mesa Community College), was among those honored.
