The city of Tempe has partnered with Tempe Union High School District, Tempe Elementary School District, ASU, Grand Canyon University, Mesa Community College, Rio Salado College and the University of Advancing Technology to create College Connect, a community-based program designed to assist young people who want to pursue a postsecondary education.
