More than 100 institutions in 36 states will benefit on the additional $23.4 million in Student Support Services grants announced by the U.S. Department of Education just recently.
MCC is a recipient of an additional fund, one of the seven (7) Federal TRIO Programs that aim to help students from disadvantaged backgrounds, low income individuals, first-generation college students, and individuals with disabilities, foster care youth or homeless children and youth succeed from middle school to post-baccalaureate programs.
