About two dozen undocumented students and their supporters made an emotional plea Thursday to Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne, asking him to drop his lawsuit against the Maricopa County Community College District over a policy that allows undocumented immigrants who receive federal work permits to pay in-state tuition.
Horne, who is trying to end the policy, listened, but then told the students that he intends to move forward with the lawsuit.
