For our next regular meeting of the semester, We will define what a lie is, and then examine whether there can be such a thing as a Noble Lie. We will review how Plato argues for a Noble Lie, then argue that it is and is not noble/ethical, and lastly we will consider other lies which might be deemed noble. Discussion will ensue! We hope to see you there!
