Join us for a student-led gathering focused on Indigenous wellness, connection, and healing in a supportive, trauma-informed space. Open to students, faculty, staff, and community members.

• Teachings from the Medicine Wheel
• Food and refreshments will be provided
Guiding Question:
“What do I do to cope?”
Explore the Four Directions: reflection, physical connection, emotional processing, and purpose—grounded in community, culture, and shared experience.
Facilitator: Casandra Stouder
Diné and Seminole wellness consultant and storyteller with 24+ years of experience. She blends traditional teachings and trauma science to support healing, resilience, and intergenerational wellness.
This is a space for connection, support, and growth. Come as you are—your story matters.
