The Life & Environmental Sciences Greenhouse, Wildflower + Pollinator Garden invites you to Metamorphosis Morning — an open house celebrating transformation in nature, and in YOU!
Spend the morning surrounded by blooming wildflowers, active pollinators, and the quiet rhythms of the garden. This event highlights the science of metamorphosis — from caterpillar to butterfly — while also creating space for personal reflection and renewal. Visitors are welcome to explore our Monarch Waystation, observe seasonal changes in the garden, and learn how native habitats support each stage of the butterfly life cycle.
We will have a special guest teacher - MCC yoga instructor Jessica Wilton, who will offer some gentle movement at 9:30am, and a guided meditation. Throughout the morning there will be opportunities to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the natural world in a calm, welcoming setting, so if you can’t make it at 9:30, please visit any time that you are available.
The gardens will be open to the public. Free admission.
