Exercise Science Student Stretch & Recovery Clinics – Now Open for Registration
Our Exercise Science students are offering free stretch and recovery sessions as part of their clinical training. These sessions are open to anyone and are designed to support relaxation, recovery, and mobility.
Sessions are led by trained Exercise Science students under faculty supervision.
Students are completing required clinic hours for EXS215 (Resistance Training and Recovery Techniques) and EXS217 (Cardiorespiratory and Flexibility Training).
Recovery Clinics (Tuesdays)
April 28, May 5, May 12
Appointments begin at 8:30 AM (every 30 minutes)
- Compression therapy
- Foam rolling
- One additional recovery modality of your choice
Stretch Clinics (Thursdays)
April 30, May 7, May 14
Appointments begin at 8:30 AM
- One-on-one assisted stretching session tailored to your needs

What to Expect
- Sessions are designed for relaxation, recovery, and improved mobility
- You will complete a brief intake form before your session
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure you receive your full session time

- Please provide at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel
- Missed appointments impact student completion of required clinical hours
Spots are limited and fill quickly. You are welcome to sign up for multiple sessions.
