Mesa Community College has two fitness centers, one located at the Southern and Dobson campus and one at the Red Mountain campus. Members have access to both fitness centers. We provide memberships to students, employees, and the community. For access, enroll in either the credit or non-credit options as described below.

  • PED101FL (1 Credit) = see class schedule to enroll

  • PED115 (2 Credit) = see class schedule to enroll

  • MCC Students Non-Credit = $50 (semester) or $25 (half semester)

  • Community Ed Non-Credit Membership = $80 (semester)

  • Community Ed for Seniors 55+ = $50 (semester) or $25 (half semester)

  • Community Ed Non-Credit Membership = $40 (half semester)

Fitness Center PlatesYOGA

Mondays / Wednesdays 4-4:45pm in PE W 1

  • An all levels yoga class that takes you through a variety of yoga postures designed to build stamina, increase concentration, stretch the body, and soothe the mind. Breathing, relaxation and visualization techniques are included.
