We recognize the East Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for its leadership, advocacy, and partnership in advancing equity and opportunity for Hispanic students.

The East Valley Hispanic Chamber has become a powerful catalyst for growth, assisting business minded individuals, companies, and organizations in the pursuit of reaching the Hispanic market while promoting economic development. East Valley Hispanic Chamber President and CEO Frankie Jo Rios, a passionate advocate for economic empowerment and education, serves on MCC’s President’s Advisory Council, helping us to develop meaningful connections.

One of our successful collaborations is the STEAM Scholars Program, which brings together MCC, Mesa Public Schools, Arizona State University, META, A New Leaf, and others. The program introduces incoming high school freshmen to fields in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics—providing opportunities for students to visit businesses and organizations to experience STEAM careers and tour area community colleges and universities. The goal is to develop the workforce of tomorrow, and to engage, identify, and mentor future leaders.

The partnership between the East Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and MCC highlights our shared commitment to supporting students, fostering economic growth, and fueling economic mobility. Thank you for being a force for inclusive excellence and economic empowerment.
