Mesa Public Schools is one of our most valued and vital educational partners. The relationship between MCC and Mesa Public Schools is built on a shared vision - one that ensures seamless, impactful educational pathways from K12 to college.
By advancing educational access through robust Early College Programs like Dual Enrollment, Achieving a College Education - also known as ACE - and Hoop of Learning, students who attend Mesa Public Schools have opportunities to earn college credit while still in high school, opening countless doors for students to help ensure future success.
To further enhance our collaboration, the Mesa Public Schools-MCC college advising program was implemented in 2017. Strategic placement of MCC college advisors within Mesa Public Schools high schools helps students seamlessly transition to MCC to obtain postsecondary credentials, expanding access to education in a manner that transforms lives while also contributing to the economic vitality of the Phoenix-Mesa metropolitan area. Together, we are transforming lives.
We also are grateful for the opportunities Mesa Public Schools offers to MCC students, including service learning in MPS classrooms and participation in educational activities such as science nights.
