Coverage: MCC Football Coach Dies

12 News reports that Mesa Community College coach Ben McIvor has died. Police said McIver fell and hit his head during an altercation Saturday night. He was later pronounced dead at the hospital. The news was also reported on Channel 15 , the Arizona Republic and many other media outlets.

MCC alum Mitchell Morimoto, who made his debut with the La Crosse Loggers, is interviewed by the La Crosse Tribune. In 2016, Morimoto led the Arizona Community College Athletic Conference in batting average (.430) and triples (11).
