Wellness
The Wellness education courses at MCC are a combination of personal health and wellness classes and a variety of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) courses. Our courses teach you how to live a healthier, happier, and more productive life by finding ways to nurture yourself and balance all dimensions of health and wellness.
Our courses help you expand your awareness and heighten your knowledge of CAM philosophies and practices, while becoming a wiser consumer of CAM practitioners’ expertise and products. You’ll examine the connection between the mind, body, and spirit and their relationship to health and wellness.
