Organizational Management
Leadership is more than just an upper management position you aspire to as you climb the career ladder in business. Leadership is about inspiring and influencing people and groups to achieve a shared set of goals, a common vision of success.
The Organizational Management program at MCC is a broad-based area of study that emphasizes management theory and practice. Our program integrates academic knowledge with personal and professional experience to develop your managerial and leadership skills. We give you the competency and tools necessary to successfully meet the need for frontline organization leadership.
Our program offers a customizable degree and certificate that allows you to select an emphasis of study within the program and take up to 12 credits in this specialty. For example, you can take dance, culinary studies, health, or some other discipline that relates directly to the type of business you want to start, while getting the business part of the degree.
