Lifetime Fitness
When you’re fit, life is better. It’s that simple. Which is why we created the Lifetime Fitness program.
The Lifetime Fitness program at MCC teaches students lifelong fitness skills at our Lifetime Fitness Centers. Our fitness centers offer exercise programs designed to provide you with a wide variety of workout options on a flexible schedule. Each center offers a unique learning experience specific to that facility.
Lifetime Fitness Center faculty have degrees and are Personal Training or Strength and Conditioning Certified through the accredited organizations of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), or National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). All faculty are trained and ready to assist you with any of your personal fitness goals.

Together you’ll lay out a program or career path that suits you best. This step is essential to your academic success, so don’t skip it, okay?
