2025 Annual Security Report

The federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) requires colleges and universities, both public and private, participating in federal student aid programs to disclose campus safety information, and imposes certain basic requirements for handling incidents of sexual violence and emergency situations. Disclosures about crime statistics and summaries of security policies are made once a year in an Annual Security Report.

Campus Hazing Transparency Report

In compliance with the federal Stop Campus Hazing Act, which amends the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), Mesa Community College publishes a Campus Hazing Transparency Report summarizing findings of responsibility for hazing violations involving student organizations that are recognized by or affiliated with the College.

For the current reporting period, there were no findings of responsibility for hazing violations involving student organizations. Accordingly, no Campus Hazing Transparency Report has been published.

This page will be reviewed and a report published at least twice annually, or as otherwise required by federal law if findings of responsibility for hazing violations occur.
