Notes: Perform in the Fall Dance Concert as a member of the Mesa Contemporary Dance Ensemble! Enrollment in this course requires an audition. Auditions are generally held on the Friday prior to the start of classes, and are open to all MCC Students. No prior dance experience is required. In addition to weekly class meetings and rehearsals, all students in this course must complete shop hours, attend costume fittings, weekend run throughs and technical and dress rehearsals for the production. Students will also participate in at least one full-concert run-through prior to tech week. A production schedule will be provided to students during the first week of classes. To enroll in DAN141, students must be concurrently enrolled in at least one dance technique course. Students participating in the Fall Dance Concert may also be invited to enroll in Dance Performance.
