REA275 Residential Sales Comparison and Income Approaches 2 Credits

Basic understanding and knowledge of the residential sales comparison and income approaches to appraisal including valuation principles and procedures applicable to these approaches. Development of market analysis, including the application and use of matched pairs and capitalization rates, and gross rent multipliers. Includes organizing market data and reconciling value indications.

Prerequisites: None.

Course Notes: There is an additional $100 access fee associated with REA275.

Class 33644 Students can choose any Monday start between 8/19/2024 and 9/2/2024. Students will have 14 weeks from their start date to complete the class. OEE students may work at the open labs at Southern & Dobson and Red Mountain. OEE students must have the appropriate software to complete assignments at home and in the labs.
