REA180 Real Estate Principles II 3 Credits

Advanced work in real estate including governmental restrictions and limitations, property management, insurance and warranties, appraisal procedures, financing and loan security instruments. Also covers Deed of Trust foreclosure options and consumer protection provisions.

Prerequisites: None.

Course Notes: Please note that REA180 can be taken concurrently with REA179, in the same semester.
