Notes: The emphasis of this section is Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga. Yoga Nidra is a gentle yoga class that focuses on breathing techniques and guides meditation to relax the body and mind. Yin Yoga is a gentle, meditative form of yoga in which postures are held for longer periods of time with the aim of increasing joint range of motion.

This class is designed for low to moderate effort with significant periods of rest between activities. All levels are welcome.
