Students - Request Transcripts

MCC will not automatically send transcripts, nor will a university automatically request them for the student. It is a good idea to keep an unofficial copy of your transcripts for your records. All official transcript requests cost $5.00. Transcripts will not be sent until the fee is paid. There is no fee for an unofficial transcript.

There are four ways to obtain a transcript:

  1. My.Maricopa:
    Go to My.Maricopa.edu >>

  2. In Person:
Complete the Transcript Request Form. Go to the Cashier's office and pay the $5.00 fee. You must have a photo ID to request an official or unofficial transcript. The official transcript request form must be signed.

  3. United States Postal Service:
    Mesa Community College Records Office
    Attn. Transcripts
    1833 West Southern Ave.
    Mesa, AZ 85202
Complete the Transcript Request Form. Be sure to include the student's full name, social security number, date of birth, telephone number, dates of attendance at MCC, official or unofficial transcript request, and the name and address of institution where the transcript needs to be sent. Be sure to sign and date the letter and pay the $5.00 fee. You may pay by check, credit card or money order. The official transcript request form must be signed.
