The marquee at the Southern and Dobson campus is located on Dobson Road adjacent to the Library. The Red Mountain marquee is on Power Road north of McKellips.
The marquee may not be used for advertising individual classes or community public events that are not affiliated with the college. Only new classes/programs will be advertised. IA reserves the right to edit submissions for length, punctuation, formatting and images.
Electronic bulletin boards are located in hallways and gathering areas throughout MCC's campuses. The same messages appear at all campuses, so make sure to include campus location information.

District wide email lists may be used to inform all district employees about business and announcements related activities and events. Access to these lists is restricted.
If you would like to have a message sent District-wide, please email your request to Sonia Filan at firstname.lastname@example.org or Janet Felton at email@example.com. It will be reviewed within two business days to ensure it meets "Acceptable Standards for District-wide Message Posting."
Your request should include the ready-to-be-posted message. If your message is an image with text embedded within the image, please also attach a text version of the Word document to accommodate the visually impaired. JPG is the preferred format for images; PDFs cannot be inserted into the body of the message.
