Researchers will be required to complete the NIH training prior to submitting their research for review. Training is available now at http://phrp.nihtraining.com/users/login.php. The training requires registration but is provided at no cost.
Complete the appropriate training module as described below.
Principle Investigators must complete:
- Complete the NIH Protecting Human Research Participants Course
- Print the certificate of completion that is provided when the training has been finished.
- Submit the certificate of completion with your application to conduct research.
External Researcher:
- May provide documentation of equivalent alternative training, or
- Complete the NIH Protecting Human Research Participants Course
- Print the certificate of completion that is provided when the training has been finished.
- Submit the certificate of completion with your application to conduct research.
CRRC Committee Members:
All members of the MCCCD IRB and the Research Review Committee will be required to complete the online NIH training on Human Subjects Research.
