All events held within any Performing Arts Venue is subject to a 4 hour minimum. A board approved MCC staff member is required in the venue whenever renter is present. Performing Arts Operations in coordination with the Performing Arts Director, will make the final determination as to the number of technical and support personnel required for each event.

The Performing Arts Operations Department, Performing Arts Center (PAC) and Theatre administrators and managers are authorized to grant discounts, waive fees, negotiate special pricing and provide refunds, as required, within the best interests of Mesa Community College (MCC), Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) and the City of Mesa.
* Renter must follow all MCC and MCCCD procedures and policies which will be provided in rental contract.
** Items included in PAC or Theatre rental. May be additional charges for all other venues.
